Who we are.
Niagara Sun & Shade was founded by Dan Witten in 2023. Dan has been in, and engaged with many aspects of
the construction industry since the year 2000. He has been involved in the construction of houses from start to finish with a specialization on the sunroom sector. In the early 2000’s he established a relationship with Craft-Bilt building materials, serving as a certified Betterliving sunroom installer. Throughout his career, Dan has collaborated closely with city building departments, navigating the process of obtaining approved building permits through its various stages, including minor variances and approvals from the Niagara Escarpment Commission. You can be sure
that your sunroom of home improvement project will be done professionally and efficiently.
